Your First Visit

• Pre-Appointment: Prior to your arrival, please bring all previous medical records with you or email them to bvc@brooklynvet.com.
• Arrival & Check-In: Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure all new-client paperwork is completed. Our friendly reception team will welcome you and your pet, confirm your details, and guide you through the process.
• Comprehensive Exam – Our veterinarians take the time to understand your pet’s health history, answer your questions, and perform a thorough examination to create a personalized care plan based on your pet’s needs.

For your convenience, appointments can be scheduled by phone at (303) 688-9352, through our online portal, or via the PetDesk app. If you have a preferred veterinarian, let us know when booking. In an emergency, the first available veterinarian will provide immediate care.

We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, CareCredit, ScratchPay, and pet insurance.

We also offer:

• Free first exam for newly adopted pets (within 30 days of adoption).
• 10% discount for community heroes (seniors and active military members and first responders – Fire, Police, EMT).
• Referral Rewards – Receive $35 off an exam for yourself and a friend when your friend brings in our referral card on their first visit.
