Dr. Debbie Colgin
Dr. Colgin started Brooklyn Veterinary Clinic in May, 2006. She was inspired by her love of animals and the desire to practice in her home community. Dr. Colgin received her doctorate degree in 2000 at Colorado State University. She received a B.S. and M.S. from the University of Wyoming. Dr. Colgin belongs to many veterinary organizations including American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), Colorado Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA), Denver Area Veterinary Medical Society (DAVMS), International Veterinary Academy of Pain Management (IVAPM), American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP), and the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society (VECCS). Dr. Colgin enjoys watching her three children in their activities. She is also a novice triathlete. She is involved in Optimist Club of Castle Rock and has recently joined the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce.
